Bus Stop - Old Style
These heavy cast metal bus stop flags (far left) could be found all over the country until the nineteen-seventies. They were then replaced by white plates with a black picture of bus.
Bus Stop - Later Style
As the National Bus Company began to be split up, many companies revived old liveries or designed new ones. Southern Vectis put up these distinctive bus stop flags (near left).

Setright Ticket
A one and sixpenny (one shilling and sixpence) single, number 710 from machine SV141, dated 30th July and issued from fare stage 36.
